MEET THE TEAM
Meet Geoff
Geoff has been a REALTOR in Winnipeg since 2009. He got his start with new build and pre-sale condominiums before branching off to focus on residential real estate.
Geoff has volunteered on several Winnipeg Realtors committees, but the main focus of his volunteer work has been in the affordable housing sector. He has been a board member of the Housing Opportunity Partnership since 2014, and currently serves as its Treasurer.
Geoff approaches Real Estate with a focus on putting his clients first. Buyer clients can expect to be guided through the buying process with a focus on finding them the perfect house, and not on a quick sale. Sellers can expect attentive service during the marketing of their homes, and to be made a priority and kept well-informed at every step of the sale process.
Geoff lives in Wolseley with his wife, 3 young sons, a mutt named Pippin, and a very large cat named Brian. He enjoys home cooking, watching movies, and going on adventures with his 6- and 4-year-olds. Geoff has played the guitar since he was 11, and spent a large part of his 20s playing to very small audiences in a band called Soviet Space Dogs.

Meet Claude
Claude has been a REALTOR in Winnipeg for over 40 years. During his career he has built a reputation for his honesty, hard work, and always putting the needs of his clients first.
During his career Claude has volunteered on numerous Winnipeg Realtors boards over the years, and served as its President in 2010. He was awarded the Brian M Collie Award for Individual Achievement in Provincial Advocacy in 2023, and the MREA and CMHC Distinguished REALTOR Award in 2018. He is a passionate advocate for Mental Health, and has served on the Board of Artbeat Studio in Winnipeg for over 10 years.
Claude lives in Crescentwood with his wife and is a very involved Grandfather to his 3 grandsons. He is an avid art enjoyer, reader, and amateur horticulturist. An outdoorsman at heart, Claude once took a career aptitude test in high school and attempted to rig it by answering every question the way he thought a Forest Ranger would.
